My Journey to Wellness
Dance has always been my first love. For over 20 years, I've dedicated my life to training and performing in various dance styles in the heart of New York City. Through this journey, I discovered the crucial role of conditioning, core strength, and mindfulness. This led me to yoga and strength training, obtaining certifications as a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. I have also gained valuable experience teaching a wide range of classes, including strength, HIIT, and yoga, at 24 Hour Fitness, Crunch Fitness, and Yoga to the People. This ignited a passion for understanding the human body, and I dove deep into biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy, and the power of plant-based nutrition. By applying these principles and managing stress, I experienced a transformative shift in my mindset, performance, and overall well-being. As a parent of twins, I also understand the unique challenges and time constraints that many face when trying to prioritize health and wellness. I'm excited to share this knowledge and passion with busy New Yorkers, parents, and CEOs. As a dedicated fitness and wellness coach, I help people unlock their potential, challenge their limits, and cultivate a love for their bodies and minds. |
