My first love is dance and after 25+ years in NYC training & performing in many genres, I realized how indispensable conditioning, core and mediation was.
This is how I found yoga & strength training.
I became obsessed with studying biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy, applying proper vegan nutrition and physiological responses to stress and happiness. It vastly changed my mindset, performance level and helped reach my physical and life goals.
Its' all I talk about and live by.
So I decided to make my obsession into a career in helping people discover, challenge and love their own bodies and mind, right in my hometown NYC.
